When you want someone to carry the whole case
We settle what can be settled — most family cases should never turn into a war. But when a matter genuinely needs a litigator, you get one who has been in the room. Full and flat-fee representation for divorce, custody, paternity, support, and enforcement. We’re experienced and deliberately selective about the cases we take for full litigation, so representation starts with a paid attorney consult to confirm the fit.

Pick the level of representation that fits the case
Not every case needs the same thing. Some need a lawyer on every hearing; some need a fixed price for a known, uncontested outcome; some need a lawyer for one specific hearing and nothing more. We offer all three, and we’ll tell you honestly which one your situation actually calls for — including when mediation or a DIY path would serve you better than litigation.
Full Representation
We handle everything — filings, discovery, negotiation, hearings, and trial if it comes to that. The right call when the other side has a lawyer, when there’s real conflict over money or the kids, or when the facts are complicated.
Flat-Fee Representation
A single fixed price for matters with a predictable path: uncontested divorce, uncontested modifications, enforcement, prenups and postnups, step-parent adoption, and final-judgment reviews. No hourly meter, no surprise bill.
Limited Appearance
We appear for a single defined event — a case-management conference, an emergency motion, a specific hearing — and step out when it’s done. Real representation for the moment that matters, without retaining us for the whole case.
Matters we handle on a flat fee
These are the matters where the path is clear enough to quote a single price up front:
- Uncontested divorce (with or without children)
- Uncontested modifications of support or timesharing
- Enforcement of an existing order
- Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
- Step-parent adoption
- Final-judgment reviews
Every flat fee lives on one page — our flat-fee pricing page — so you never have to reconcile two different numbers from two different pages.
