Parenting Coordination
Staying out of court on the day-to-day conflicts
Parenting coordination is a structured, out-of-court process to help high-conflict coparents resolve the ongoing disputes a parenting plan can’t fully cover — with a transparent sliding-scale rate stated plainly.

The process
Five steps, clearly defined
Intake & conflict check
We confirm there’s no conflict and gather the history of the dispute.
Initial sessions
Meet each parent, understand the recurring flashpoints, set ground rules.
Joint coordination meetings
Work the actual disagreements — schedules, exchanges, decisions — with a neutral in the room.
Issue resolution
Reach and document workable resolutions the parents can live with.
Court reports, if authorized
Where the order authorizes it, report to the court on unresolved issues.
Transparent rate: parenting coordination is billed on a sliding scale of $375–$450/hour based on combined household income. Related family services and their rates are on the pricing page.
Stuck in the same fight every other week?
A parenting coordinator can break the loop — without another trip to court.
