A settlement both sides can live with — in English or in Spanish
Mediation is faster and less costly than litigation, and the agreements are built to hold up in court. Both of our attorneys are Florida Supreme Court certified mediators, serving parties with or without their own lawyers — in English or entirely in Spanish.

Mediator-only, or your lawyer at the table
Mediation isn’t one thing. You can hire us as the neutral mediator for both parties, or — if we’re representing you — have your attorney at the table with you at someone else’s mediation. Same skill set, two very different roles. We’ll make sure you’re in the right one.
Why mediation works
- Faster and less expensive than a contested trial
- You keep control of the outcome instead of handing it to a judge
- Agreements you help build have a higher rate of compliance than orders imposed from the bench
- Private — what’s said in mediation stays in mediation
Mediation is billed hourly on a sliding scale based on combined household income — the exact rates live on our pricing page, in one place, so you know before you book.

A neutral your clients will actually settle with
We take referrals from other family lawyers who want a certified, bilingual mediator with real trial perspective — including a recommendation on record from a referring attorney. Send us the case; we’ll handle the neutral role and get both sides to a durable agreement.
Reserve a half day or a full day
