Nazarena Hauser
Head of litigation since 2017, past President of the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association, Broward Bar 40 Under 40, Guardian ad Litem — and a fully bilingual practice in English and Spanish.
Nazarena Hauser has led the firm’s litigation since 2017. Her community standing is real and verifiable: past President of the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association (2022–23), Chair of its Hispanic Lawyers Committee, a 2023 CAHM Culture Award, and Broward Bar’s 40 Under 40 (2021).
She offers her services in English and in Spanish — fully bilingual, including mediation conducted entirely in Spanish. When a family’s biggest decisions are being negotiated, no one at her table has to do it in their second language.
Beyond litigation and mediation, Nazarena serves as a Guardian ad Litem, advocating for the best interests of children in high-conflict cases — and she mentors and coaches other family-law attorneys through Legal Authority Lab.
